  2. In the case of custom designs or special sizing, there will be an added 3–5 business days of production time depending on the complexity of the order.

  1. Tracking details are sent to your email within 7–12 business days of placing your order.
  2. The shipment can be tracked on both the Spider Hoodie Shop Website and the tracking service provided (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any other reputable service)

  1. Hoodies that require specific measurements will take longer to produce due to intricate detailing that requires precision.
  2. As regards shipping information, customs checks, extreme weather, or selected courier services will affect delivery time. These factors are not within our control, but will do our best to keep you informed of any developments.

  2. Some nations might impose local taxes or additional import duties. These charges will need to be paid by the customer.

Address Accuracy & Missed Deliveries

  1. When placing orders, please check the shipping address you provide.
  2. After a certain number of delivery attempts, you will need to reach out to the courier service to either arrange a redelivery or a pick up.
