Eligibility for Returns

You can return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it if:

  • It is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of both odors and stains.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging materials are included.
  • The hoodie is free of visible damage and or alterations so is in resalable condition.
  • For a size exchange, the item must be in the condition you received it.
  • In the event you received a hoodie that was defective, damaged, or not the one you ordered, we will replace it free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Tailor-made hoodies designed according to your personal preferences.
  • Last chance or cut-price items without defects.
  • Products sent back in visibly used or damaged condition without defect.

How to Start Your Return

We streamlined everything to be quick and easy:

  1. Email info@thespiderhoodieshop.com or fill return form within 7 days from receiving the order to get in touch with us.
  2. Mention your order number, detail the return request along with a description and images if applicable (more so if the item is defective).
  3. Our support staff will provide you with a detailed return to ship address and guide you stepwise through the process.
  4. Make sure to repack your hoodie in the original packaging to protect it from any damage.

Refund & Processing Times

  1. After we get your return and inspect it, we’ll get back to you with the results of the verification of the return criteria.
  2. Approvals are sent back to your original payment method and are processed within a period of 7 business days.
  3. In the event where the return was not initiated due to our fault, shipping fees will be non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  1. You can forgo your order up to 24 hours after placing it, and there won’t be any penalties.
  2. The custom orders once in production cannot be canceled.

Exchanges & Faulty Products

If you are sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  1. Email and send over your order number, and a detailed photo showing the issues within 7 days.
  2. We’ll issue a replacement or full refund right away.
  3. Every shipping cost related to incorrect or defective items will fully be covered by us.
